Cynthia Strong Thompson, a Roanoke, Virginia native, graduated from Rhodes College with a B.A. in Political Science. Transitioning from a successful career at Ethicon, Inc., she's been a financial advisor since 2004. Cynthia serves as a Wealth Manager at Strong Thompson & Associates Wealth Management, LLC, offering securities and advisory services through LPL Financial, member FINRA/SIPC, with a focus on business retirement planning.

Cynthia has recently added the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA©) to her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS©) designations.  Cynthia specializes in crafting retirement plans tailored to businesses, providing benefits to both employers and employees. She also lends expertise in estate planning, particularly for families with children with disabilities, emphasizing the importance of long-term financial strategies.
